Should Russia Launch A Pre-Emptive Nuclear Strike Against America?

I think crazy McCain is going to be the next US president.
We know that this anti-Russian politician wants to get even with Russia no matter what. We also know that Americans are warmongering freaks who are witnessing the destruction of their economy and their country.

Americans are known in the world as people with mentality of spoiled, retarded and lazy children who "want it here and want it right now".
But whatever they want is not going to come to them right here and now.

So...

In this situation the USA most likely to act irrational and spontaneous. Americans understand that their country is finished.
They are angry and frastrated, and they want everyone to feel how angry they are, therefore the USA could start a nuclear war just for the heck of it....
