1 40/30/30 Plan on Thu Oct 09, 2008 12:50 am

I've been doing some reading online about this plan - it's basically 40% carbs, 30% protein, 30% fat in your meals. The problem I have with that is what about going out to dinner? It would be difficult to calculate those percentages in meals.

I'll have to read up on that. I have been on and off a low carb diet for a few years and my weight is always up and down. I would like to find something that works!
